“I first met Andrew when he was working for Virgin Atlantic in 2008 when he was a key contact for my Irish business. He impressed me so much that I chose him to run a project for me on a consultancy basis for around 9 months in 2014. This project was to set up a USA subsidiary. The scope of work included all the legal registrations necessary as a corporate and under travel regulations in each state, which involved liaising with US accountants and lawyers amongst other professionals. He was also responsible for the research and commercial assessment of the market place. Finally Andrew was responsible for opening the new office, recruiting locally and facilitating the training of the new individuals. This included the initial monitoring of business vs that anticipated analysing any differences.
As part of the project Andrew was also committed to a posting overseas in Florida for a 6 week period.
